The product is great! Top notch. Otherwise I would not have reordered it.
What impresses me more is the way customer service handled a recent inquiry I had concerning my most recent order... I sent an email expressing said concern, to which I received a prompt, courteous reply. It turned out the mistake was mine. I sent another email to apologize for my mistake and customer service actually responded and thanked me for explaining myself.
