To access the coil on the Geekvape Z (Zeus) tank, you’ll need to dismantle it starting from the bottom. Here’s how to do it step-by-step:
- Unscrew the Tank from the Mod: If the tank is attached to your vape mod, unscrew it first.
- Remove the Base: Hold the tank securely and unscrew the base (the part connected to the mod). This is typically the bottom part of the tank.
- Remove the Glass: Once the base is off, gently pull off the glass tube. If it’s tight, you might need to wiggle it slightly, but it should come off easily without applying too much force.
- Access the Coil: With the base removed, you will see the coil exposed in the center of the tank. Simply unscrew the coil from the base to remove it.
- Replace the Coil: Take your new coil and screw it back into the base. Ensure it's snug but not overly tight.
- Reassemble the Tank: Place the glass tube back onto the tank, then screw the base back onto the top part of the tank.
- Prime the Coil: Before reattaching the tank to your mod, prime the coil by placing a few drops of e-liquid directly onto the exposed cotton. This helps prevent dry hits and burning the coil prematurely.
- Fill the Tank: Once the coil is primed and the tank is reassembled, fill the tank with your preferred e-liquid.
