As part of this, we may utilize various credit reference agencies, electoral roles, and other sources of data/agencies. These agencies may keep a copy of any basic information we pass to them. In accepting our terms and conditions you consent to your data being used in this way.
At times the age verification check may fail or be referred. In these scenarios, we could request passport/driving license details from you to re-check your details manually against the relevant database to verify your age. The parties agree that once the order has been shipped, shipping is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. At this stage, full ownership of the products belongs to the buyer; all responsibilities and risks associated with the shipping process shall be borne by the buyer and we will assist in the process!

2)During purchase
 A. The buy button on the product page is divided into the following cases:
       Add to cart: This means the product is in stock
       Pre order: This means that the product is not in stock temporarily, but you are allowed to lock the stock in transit (consult customer service and ask for ETA), after the stock arrives, the warehouse will ship according to the time of the order
       Out of stock: This means that the product has been taken off the shelf and is not in stock or has been discontinued.
 B. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (where the courier can find it correctly and deliver it without risk). Geekvape Store cannot change your shipping address after the package has been shipped, and the Geekvape Store is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
 

3)After Purchase
    A. Unshipped orders: can be canceled and modified by contacting customer service
    B. Shipped orders in transit: cannot be canceled or modified
    C. Orders within 7-30 days of receipt: unopened can be returned or exchanged (non-quality problems shipping costs borne by the buyer), has been unopened with quality problems can be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons has been unopened with no quality problems do not support the return or exchange
    D. Orders received more than 30 days after the receipt of the warranty period: please refer to the product warranty terms

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Geekvape store cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The order is confirmed upon the supply of goods.

 

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Geekvape store may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Geekvape store reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order.
Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

1) Ships in

 Orders without pre-order products: will be shipped within 2 business days.
 Orders with pre-order products: The whole order will be shipped together with the stock by default, if you want to prioritize the products in stock, please contact customer service to split the order for you and pay the split order fee of $5.

 

2) Warehouse 

We currently have 3 warehouses: U.S. warehouse / UK warehouse / CN warehouse, other countries' warehouses are still under preparation, please be patient.
   CN warehouse: only some accessories are in stock, we suggest ordering separately from other warehouses, mixed orders will be charged two shipping fees!
   U.S. warehouse: USPS/UPS/Fedex delivery, orders over $99 get free shipping, the warehouse will email you the tracking number after the parcel is sent out, usually 3-5 working days to arrive!
   UK Warehouse: Royal Mail delivery, orders over £30 get free shipping, the warehouse will send out the parcel by mail to give you the tracking number, usually 2-5 working days to arrive!

 

In case of bad weather or peak season peak and other uncontrollable factors, the time limit may be extended.

 

3) Damaged or defective items

Please try not to receive or sign for obviously damaged items.

Please note that if you receive any "Damaged on Arrival" (DOA) products, we ask that you contact customer service immediately. This is especially imperative for disposable items such as glass, cartridges, cartomizers, and wicks & coils, as they are not covered under warranty due to their disposable nature.

Damaged merchandise received must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Claims for damaged or defective items will be processed within 5 working days of notification and shortages in the order will also be processed.

 

4) Lost or missing goods

If an ordered item is not received and deemed lost in transit or the shipment does not contain all items ordered, you should notify us within 14 days of placing the order and we will investigate the package with our warehouse partners as well as our courier partners. Claims for lost merchandise will not be accepted outside of this period. We also recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your package.

C. How to claim: Contact store@geekvape.com to provide the order number and specifics:
A) Damaged goods: Provide photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and damaged goods to prove the damage;

B) Lost/stolen goods:
    a. When the logistics order shows that the goods are lost, the claim will be settled directly;
    b. When the logistics order shows that the goods have been delivered but not actually received by the consumer (porch loss), you need to provide either of the following proofs:
         a). Relevant on-site video evidence
         b). Proof of loss provided by the logistics company
         c). Written proof issued by other qualified personnel.
Ps. Porch loss: the same user for the first time will be worry-free compensation (i.e., without the need for consumers to provide proof of documents, the mail informs the next time, please take good care of the parcels, the same address next time the loss of the porch will be required to provide proof of documents at that time)

The above situation must be based on the delivery address is filled in correctly, is the courier can find the address.

D. Refund: claims will be processed within 3 working days after all the documents are complete, and the refund will be returned to your payment account in 3-7 working days.

5. Exchange and Returns

If you are not satisfied with our products (all in good condition) and you insist on returning the items to us, we will refund you after we received the product and make sure it is all original as we ship to you. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. The precise length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. bank, credit card company, etc). Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

You must first contact us and be in receipt of a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. Our email is store@geekvape.com.

If products are altered or modified in any way then the warranty and money-back guarantee become void immediately.

The money-back guarantee does not cover volume/wholesale and customized orders.

We strongly recommend that you use a standard postal service to return the item. Geekvape store will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Customer's personal reasons for shipping back to Geekvape store is paid for by the customer. We are in general unable to refund you postal fees.

Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's own expense.

Non-Returnable: Discounted or end-of-line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made.

Due to system limitations, after place an order, the customers cannot be canceled the order by themself.
If you want to cancel the order to get a full refund or partial refund. Please contact our support team: store@geekvape.com, just send an email to us with your order number and Transaction ID. and describe the problem you are facing now. We will help you solve the problem.
3) How Long Did I Get a Refund?
Credit card/Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.: The refund will be returned to your payment account within 3-7 working days.
Bank transfer: Do not provide refund service at present. And if orders less than 500 USD do not recommend using this payment method.
PS: During holidays the refund may be returned in later 7-10 days.Since we will not be in office.

11. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
1) We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under an order that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below.

2) An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

3) If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under an order:
A. we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
B. our obligations under an order will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.

4) You may cancel an order affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 60 days.
