Q2: How to use Smart Lock?
Two steps are required to unlock the device and fire to vape:
Step 1: Hold the device with your hand. When your palm touches the sensor embedded in the leather, the screen will automatically unlock.
Step 2: After the screen unlocks, use your finger to press the FIRE button, which has a built-in capacitive sensor. This will activate your device to start vaporizing.
The dual sensing areas enhance the ease of use and prevent accidental activation of the FIRE button, ensuring a safer user experience.
Q3: Why does the screen sometimes unlock when the device is in my pocket?
The sensor embedded in the leather is designed with higher sensitivity than the sensor of the FIRE button to guarantee a smooth unlocking experience. Although objects with an electric field may potentially unlock the screen, the FIRE button sensor demands a stronger electric field coupled with a physical press to initiate atomization, thus effectively preventing accidental activation of the device.
Q4: How can I prevent my device from accidentally getting triggered in my pocket?
Please do not put conductive items such as phones or metal keys with your
Legend Ⅲ together in the same pocket or bag.
Q5: Why does my device sometimes unlock even when I'm wearing gloves?
Although some gloves are thin enough to allow touch interaction, the device may still unlock in Touch Lock Mode due to static electricity generated by friction. If you encounter unlocking your device while wearing gloves, we recommend using the Unlock Mode.
Q6: Why does my device unlock when my phone touches it?
Since the phone is a conductive item, it may trigger the sensor and cause the device to unlock when it contacts the leather of your device.
Q7: Why doesn't the device enter the home interface when I use it for the first time?
Upon first use, the Smart Lock system automatically calibrates the sensor parameters based on environmental factors like temperature and humidity. If you find that the Smart Lock System is not working accurately, simply place the device on a flat surface, hold it again to unlock, and the calibration will be completed immediately.
