First, carefully inspect the battery cap and the threading on the device to ensure there are no obstructions or debris preventing it from closing properly. Clean the threads and the cap if necessary. Next, check that the batteries are properly aligned in the battery compartment and inserted correctly according to the polarity markings. Misaligned batteries can prevent the cap from closing securely. You may also want to avoid using excessive force when attempting to close the cap, as this could cause damage to the device.

I sincerely apologize for your device's issue. That's definitely not what we want our customers to experience. However, kindly send us a video showing the device’s issue in order for us to be able to help you accordingly.

In the video, kindly show how you close the battery cover. For screw-type doors, turn the battery door until it drops down into the threaded position. For a latch-type battery door, you need to pull back the slide all the way, push the door in to close, and release the slide to lock.
