While I do give the product itself 5 stars, let it be noted I was happy with the delivery process. The glass itself fit my vape perfectly, was easy to install, & is surprisingly tough. The delivery showed shipopped the next day after ordering BUT after a week of it showing the USPS carrier never received it after they claimed it had been taken the same day shipped, they had to ship it again with the same tracking number. After another week & a half I finally received it. I purchased the same GeekVape product the day they shipped my order again & received it from that company before I received it from this one. Great product, so still gets 5 stars. Customer service at GeekVape at least did communicate with me when I reached out to them multiple times.
