Shipping policy

We ship to most countries worldwide, Most of the orders (In-stock items) will be shipped out in 2 workdays.  Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct, if the address was wrong, please contact us to change before order shipping. If you want to change the shipping address after order shipping, please contact local post office when the package arrive at your country. Meanwhile, Geekvape will not be responsible for any package delivery failure cases if your shipping address was wrong.

We offer free shipping for orders over $99 less than 2KG.
The normal shipping time is about two weeks. (Not guarantee if the order will be delayed by customs or bad weather)

1. What are the available shipping methods?
For all shipping methods, Geek Vape only charge a shipping fee, the possible tax/duty is not included.
Express:
DHL/UPS (World Express Savor):
Handle Time: Ship out in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 3-6 days delay.
The tracking number available around 48 hours in business day.

Attentions:
A. Impossible to ship to PO BOX and Military address(APO/FPO).
B. Impossible to ship e-liquid.
C. Drain battery cells should be shipped with a mod/kit or battery charger.
D. There is a 0.5% chance that it will be inspected by customs, and the order will be delayed for 4-5 days.

General Shipping Channel: Impossible to ship e-liquid & drain battery cells

E-Packet:
For most specific destinations (USA, Canada, France, UK, Australia, etc )when the order is below 2kg.
Handle Time: Ship out in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 4-7 days delay.

4PX/ USPS/ DHL ecommence: USA 
Handle Time: Ship out in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time:
USPS:15-25 business days
4PX/ DHL ecommence: 12-25 business days

For non-US areas that included Island and military addresses are slower than other addresses. And please confirm that you can sign for electronic cigarettes in your area with store@geekvape.com.

Europe Express:(Free customs duty)
For most European destinations （Italy, France, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Greece etc）when the order is below 2kg.
Handle Time: Ship out in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time: 20-30 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 4-7 days delay.

EURO Special Air Line:(Free customs duty)
Only for Germany, France, England, Italy when the order is below 2kg.
Handle Time: Ship out in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time: 10-20 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 4-7 days delay.

Singapore Post:
Provided by Singapore Post. Available for most countries(Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, etc).
Handle Time: Ship out  in 24 hours since order processing has completed.
Delivery Time: 10-25 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 3-5 days delay.

PostNL (Available to most countries)
Handle time: Ship out in 2 business days.
Delivery time: 15-30 business days, there could be peak season delay.
Limitations:
A. Maximum limit of each parcel is 2.0kg.
B. E-liquid & lithium battery are not allowed.
C. There’s 0.1% chance that you’ll be charged for customs fees.
D. Declaration as "Metal Tube", "Metal Accessory", etc with less than 20USD.
E. For Australia and Canada, the last tracking records is "The consignment has arrived in the country of destination",  will be deliveryed within 2 weeks.

3. How are customs and import tax/duty handled?
Please Note: Any and all import taxs and customs fee/tax in destination country are responsibility of customer. Duties and taxes are beyond our control and scope.

Express like DHL and UPS, customs duty is not included.
We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing an order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import.

Geek Vape is not responsible for products rejected, confiscated or destroyed by the customs in your countries. If the parcel returned back to our warehouse, we will grant a refund of your order.
The Tax/Customs fee in the destination country is at the customer's expense. All customers are responsible to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs.

4. What is the declaration on shipping labels?
We will declare the package according to our system. So please leave us a message or contact us about the declaration details if you have a special declaration when you make the order.

5. Delivery Time& Shipping Cost& Check order status

Normally we will ship your orders in 2 business days when the goods is in stock.

The price depends on the weight of product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order.

We will update the shipping status in 2 business days after the shipping, please log in your account to check the tracking number.

The EU is abolishing the low-value consignment relief for standard and reduced VAT goods to the EU from outside the EU from 1st July, 2021.

Geekvape covered IOSS cost of European Union countries since 5 August!

The new IOSS(Import One-Stop Shop) system is being introduced by the EU to simplify VAT for distance sellers in July 2021.

The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is simplier and easier to centralise the declaration and payment of VAT for distance sales of imported goods (with a value not exceeding €150) for EU countries. The IOSS means the consumer in European Union countries is only charged once at the time of purchase, no extra fees to pay when the goods are delivered. The VAT rate will be the one applicable in the EU Member State where the goods are to be delivered.
